Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate receipt of incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of shipping processes, procedures, and software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
