Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Lead and support safety programs to maintain a safe work environment
• Manage labor planning based on forecasts (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Conduct daily team meetings to ensure an efficient, balanced operation
• Drive continuous improvement and eliminate non-value-added processes
• Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff
• Oversee receiving, inventory, packaging, and shipping processes
• Ensure quality, budget, and delivery expectations are met
• Manage inventory control and product traceability (WMS/Oracle)
• Maintain strong communication across teams and leadership

• 10+ years in warehouse/distribution environment
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience with inventory control systems and continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiar with MS Office and WMS systems
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Oracle or similar systems

• 3 rounds of interviews
• Two-week training in Moreno Valley, CA
• Travel is required
