Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing department in ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Machine Operator

Location: Aliquippa, PA

Pay Range:$19/hr

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. (ending Friday morning at 7:30 a.m.)

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately for proper filling of silos.
• Ensure product quality by conducting regular checks and adjustments as needed.
• Monitor the entire production process to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
• Package finished goods for shipment and store raw materials and finished products properly in the warehouse.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to undergo pre-hire background check and 10-panel drug screening.
