Forklift Operator

Our client, in Omaha NE, a manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Loader / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Loader / Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be part of the Shipping & Receiving department supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety‑focused mindset, and the ability to work well as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Loader / Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Omaha NE
Pay Range: 19.59 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Safely load finished units from conveyor lines into trailers or designated storage areas
• Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and receiving paperwork
• Verify load tags, unit counts, and inspect products for damage during loading
• Accurately complete tally sheets, bills of lading, and maintain organized paperwork
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, trailers, and storage locations

What’s Needed?

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, attendance, and quality of work
• Must have forklift experience - Certified ability to safely operate a forklift 
• Ability to read measuring devices and perform accurate counts
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to complete required documentation
• Ability to follow instructions, learn new processes, and work effectively on a team
