Overview:
This is a hybrid support role combining full-cycle recruiting coordination with day-to-day administrative support. The team is looking for someone who can keep hiring processes moving while also helping maintain overall office and operational flow. It’s a steady, high-visibility role where organization, follow-through, and clear communication matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Partner with hiring managers to keep searches organized, on track, and moving efficiently
- Post job openings across platforms and manage incoming applications
- Assist with resume screening and initial candidate outreach as needed
- Coordinate interview logistics (calendars, confirmations, feedback collection)
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
- Assist with document preparation, reporting, and basic data tracking
- Support office operations including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and general organization
- Help with onboarding logistics for new hires (paperwork, scheduling, internal coordination)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Clear, professional communication style—both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with ATS systems and standard office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of follow-through
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
