Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Candidates must demonstrate dependable attendance and reliability.

Pay: $18.00

PF Plumbing is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Winston-Salem, NC. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage incoming calls, scheduling, and customer communications while maintaining a positive attitude.

Position Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously

Schedule service appointments and manage technician calendars

Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and service updates

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

Assist with dispatch coordination and routing technicians efficiently

Maintain accurate customer records and job information

Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and membership opportunities

Support service and sales teams by ensuring excellent customer communication

Deliver Legendary Service with every interaction

Qualifications Required

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Strong communication and phone skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications Preferred

Plumbing or HVAC home service industry experience

Dispatching or scheduling experience

Experience with Service Titan or similar software

Call center experience

Sales or customer retention experience
