Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assist with care planning and coordinate with healthcare team

• Ensure compliance with care standards and safety protocols
• Document care and resident status in the EMR
