## Start a hands-on trade — no degree, no experience required

We stripe parking lots and do pavement marking for commercial properties all over the NW Chicago suburbs. If you'd rather be outside working with your hands than stuck at a desk, this is a real entry point into a skilled trade. **You don't need any experience — we'll teach you everything.** We're hiring for character and work ethic, not your résumé.

## What you'll be doing

- Laying out and applying parking lot line striping and pavement markings
- Running and maintaining our striping equipment (we train you on all of it)
- Prepping job sites, loading/unloading, and keeping gear clean and ready
- Working as part of a small crew, mostly outdoors, across the NW suburbs

## What we're looking for

- **Show up on time, every time.** Reliability is the #1 thing we hire for.
- A good attitude and willingness to learn — coachable beats experienced.
- Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told twice.
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all kinds of weather.

## Requirements

- Valid driver's license with a clean enough record to drive company vehicles
- Able to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet through a full workday
- 18 or older
- Dependable transportation to our Wheeling shop
