Shift: Monday–Friday
Summary of the Role:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading quality operations within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet company and customer standards by managing quality systems, leading audits, and working closely with production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality processes to ensure products meet standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain quality systems and procedures (QMS).
- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks.
- Investigate quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain and analyze quality reports, metrics, and documentation.
- Work with production and leadership teams to improve processes and performance.
- Train and support quality team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of quality or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with audits, quality systems, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation:
$42,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year, based on experience.
