What We're Looking For
We seek licensed psychotherapists who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about comprehensive client care. You'll join a supportive team of 28 professionals dedicated to treating the whole person, not just symptoms.
Your ideal profile:
Independent yet collaborative working style
Specialty area of expertise or strong interest in developing one
Comfort with flexible scheduling, must include either one evening or a weekend day
Commitment to high-quality, culturally competent care
Enthusiasm for integrated treatment approaches
What You'll Do:
Provide individual and/or couples, and family therapy in a supportive team environment
Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive client care
Maintain a caseload with an average of 25 clients per week
Participate in case consultations and team meetings every week
Contribute to our mission of accessible, stigma-free mental health care

Requirements
Education & Licensing:
Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology
Licensed providers: Current Colorado licensure (Ph.D., or Psy.D.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electronic health records
Specialty training or certifications
Previous group practice experience
