Job Description

Continuum Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 12-week temporary assignment in Moline, Illinois. This position is based in an employer-sponsored occupational health clinic within an industrial setting.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
No nights or weekends

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in an occupational health/industrial environment
Proficient with basic computer technology

Preferred:

5+ years of Physical Therapy experience
