Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 6–10 years of residential and light commercial service experience. The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and is committed to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed
• Uphold company standards for customer service, professionalism, and workmanship
• Represent Wright Way Air positively in customers' homes and businesses

Qualifications Required

• 6–10 years of HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Excellent customer communication skills
• EPA Certification
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical License (REQUIRED)

Preferred

• Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Experience with boilers, rooftop units, and commercial equipment
