Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Attorney to join our growing law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in criminal law, family law, and/or personal injury litigation and be comfortable handling client communications and court appearances.
Responsibilities:
- Cover virtual court hearings via Zoom
- Communicate with clients regarding case status, strategy, and next steps
- Conduct legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Provide limited in-person court coverage as needed
- Assist with case management and other litigation-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in Arizona (or ability to appear in Arizona courts, if applicable)
- Experience in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, or a combination thereof
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Familiarity with Zoom court proceedings and electronic filing systems preferred
