Talent Partner
Location: Tulsa, Ok
Description:
The Talent Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units. This position delivers high quality candidates. Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage candidates through pro-active approaches.
- Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Processes internal transfer requests.
- Presents candidate pool to the hiring manager in a timely manner.
- Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Determines compensation offers through application of authorized methodology and extends job offers.
- Initiates post-offer processes upon candidate acceptance of contingent offer.
- Coordinates and attends recruitment events.
- Reconciles computer reports: recruitment work list to position control and to position manager to ensure consistent reporting statistics.
- Decision Making: Ability to effectively carry out non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from supervisor.
- Working Relationships: Works with internal/external customers.
- Works frequently with individuals at director level or above
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least one (1) year of related experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
- Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, including state and federal regulations related to employment.
- Working knowledge of effective recruiting/marketing strategies.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Working knowledge of electronic reporting and communication systems.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or closely related field.
