Join Missouri Baptist Medical Center (MoBap) as a Night Shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) and bring your strong Medical/Surgical and Telemetry expertise to a flexible, growth-focused role.
Designed for experienced nurses who thrive at night, this position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units. Float Pool RNs must be comfortable working in different clinical environments—including occasional mid-shift transitions—to support patient care needs.
You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your skills through cross-training in ICU and the Emergency Department, all while working within a collaborative, tight-knit night shift team.
Job Highlights
- Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Overview
Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has a 24-hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separate emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
