Customer Service Representative (CSR)
PF Plumbing – Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Candidates must demonstrate dependable attendance and reliability.
Pay: $18.00
PF Plumbing is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Winston-Salem, NC. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience.
We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage incoming calls, scheduling, and customer communications while maintaining a positive attitude.

Position Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Schedule service appointments and manage technician calendars
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and service updates
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Assist with dispatch coordination and routing technicians efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and job information
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and membership opportunities
• Support service and sales teams by ensuring excellent customer communication
• Deliver Legendary Service with every interaction
Qualifications Required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications Preferred
• Plumbing or HVAC home service industry experience
• Dispatching or scheduling experience
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software
• Call center experience
• Sales or customer retention experience
