Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT infrastructure projects across networking, security, and enterprise systems
Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, financial tracking, and reporting
Partner with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cybersecurity, clinical systems, and operations
Coordinate dependencies across networking, firewalls, security controls, and enterprise platforms
Drive risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation management for critical initiatives
Deliver clear, concise executive-level communication on project status, risks, and outcomes
Ensure alignment between technical initiatives and business/clinical priorities
Lead vendor coordination and manage external partners where applicable

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects
Proven experience delivering projects within the IT infrastructure domain
Strong understanding of:
Networking (LAN/WAN)
Firewalls and security controls
Infrastructure architecture
Experience partnering closely with cybersecurity teams is critical
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
Strong experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a healthcare environment
Understanding of how technology changes impact clinical workflows and patient care
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with enterprise-scale systems
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
