Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My husband has just been diagnosed with ALS, which is a disease where you lose muscle function and then pass away within 5 years. I am naturally disorganized and my house is messy. I have two cats, who sometimes pee in the basement. I'm going to need help cleaning because this disease is hard to manage and I struggle with organization anyway. I also have two kids who add to the mess. We moved into the house in December 2024 and never fully unpacked. I'm going to need help with a major clean and organization push soon and then maybe monthly or biweekly.
