BCForward is currently looking for Warehouse Worker in Marana, AZ 85653
Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: Marana, AZ 85653
Duration: 12+ Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion to Full-Time)
Shift: 1st shift position (6:00AM to 2:30PM, M-F)
Job description:
- Assemble products following specifications
- Ensure quality control during assembly
- Maintain production efficiency
- Operate tools and machinery safely
- Report issues to supervisors
- Cross train on multiple stations
- Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.
Position Requirements:
- 0–5 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Proficiency in industry tools/software
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
Education:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Associates degree is preferred but not required
