Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license
  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing OT services within school settings
  • Experience supporting students through home health and healthcare-based OT
  • Comfortable delivering teletherapy sessions as needed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Adaptability and a student-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized OT treatment plans for students with varied needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services in-person throughout the school, and remotely via teletherapy tools as required
  • Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to incorporate strategies into daily school routines and at home
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes
  • Help facilitate transitions between school and home healthcare when applicable
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
