Quality Assurance

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the Quality Assurance (QA) function.

• Facilitate training programs through one-on-one coaching, workshops, mentoring, job shadowing, and onboarding activities for QA employees.

• Perform audits and evaluations to measure training effectiveness, document performance gaps, and communicate findings to employees and leadership.

• Partner with team members to improve training processes while ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, SOPs, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• Experience with training, coaching, mentoring, auditing, or quality assurance processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems, intranet applications, and management information systems (MIS).

• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a night shift schedule.

• 7:15 PM – 7:15 AM

Pay Details: $19.88 per hour
