Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Six dynamic SLP roles are open across the southern, central, and eastern regions of the beautiful Kenai Peninsula. Travel stipends are available for those relocating to embrace this unique adventure, helping you settle in as you help students thrive.

Highly motivated SLP-CCCs, SLP-CFYs, and SLPAs are encouraged to apply. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering students’ communication skills and academic success in an environment that values growth and connection.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of CFY
  • Valid SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA candidates
  • Commitment to full-time, on-site work for the full school year
  • Not accepting teletherapy/VOCO applicants

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized assessment and therapy for students with speech, language, or communication needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
