Physical Therapist - School Setting in Montross, VA

The school welcomes your expertise in both direct therapy and assessment.

Qualifications:

• Current Virginia Physical Therapist License (required)
• Experience within school-based or pediatric clinical settings is highly desirable
• Strong ability to collaborate with educational staff and families
• Proficiency in completing evaluations and accompanying paperwork, including Medicaid reimbursement
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized therapeutic services for elementary students as indicated on their IEPs
• Evaluate student needs and progress, then tailor therapy goals accordingly
• Complete and present comprehensive evaluations
• Maintain detailed documentation, including compliance for Medicaid reimbursement
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
