Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dependable Data Center Technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and deployment of structured cabling and critical infrastructure within a data center environment. This role is responsible for assisting with rack and stack activities, cable installation, hardware deployments, inventory management, and overall project execution while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Location: Muskogee, Oklahoma
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 10-hour shifts
Project Duration: 2+ Months Requirement: OSHA 10 required prior to starting
Requirements
- OSHA 10 Certification is required prior to starting.
- Experience in structured cabling, telecommunications, low-voltage, electrical, IT hardware, or data center environments preferred.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 10-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in a fast-paced construction or technical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, route, dress, label, and test copper and fiber optic cabling within data center environments.
- Perform rack and stack activities for servers, switches, storage devices, and network equipment.
- Assist with hardware installations, decommissions, upgrades, and migrations.
- Read and interpret cable schedules, floor plans, rack elevations, and project documentation.
- Label and document installed infrastructure according to project standards.
- Perform cable terminations, patching, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support inventory control, material staging, equipment receiving, and asset tracking.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and installation records.
- Ensure all work is completed according to customer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support project teams with additional installation and deployment activities as needed.
