Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to create intelligent automation solutions that connect AI capabilities with core business processes. Based in Irmo, South Carolina, this role will focus on building dependable, scalable workflow applications that improve operational efficiency and support enterprise needs. The position offers the opportunity to work across engineering, data, and business teams to deliver practical AI-driven systems from concept through production.

Responsibilities:
• Create and enhance AI-enabled workflows and agent-based applications that support business automation goals
• Build integrations between enterprise platforms, business logic, and AI services to deliver efficient end-to-end solutions
• Develop coordinated multi-agent processes that manage task assignment, interaction, and execution across systems
• Lead the full engineering lifecycle, including solution design, coding, release management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
• Establish resilient and observable architectures with strong attention to scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with technology, data, and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready applications
• Support cloud-based deployment and operational practices using modern DevOps and CI/CD approaches
• Contribute to API-driven development efforts and help optimize solutions running within Microsoft Azure environments• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or data-focused application development
• Strong programming experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Python in enterprise development environments
• Proven ability to design and integrate APIs, workflow services, and business system connections
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud application deployment and service integration
• Familiarity with large language models, AI workflow design, or agent-oriented development frameworks
• Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps or comparable development toolchains
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver solutions aligned to business objectives
• Exposure to tools such as Azure AI, Power Platform, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or related DevOps/MLOps practices is a plus
