UACL Logistics is actively recruiting CDL-A Flatbed Owner Operators across the United States for regional and OTR opportunities. If you're an experienced flatbed operator — comfortable running a Conestoga and looking for consistent freight, strong weekly gross, and a carrier that treats you like a business partner — this is the opportunity you've been looking for.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering $5,000–$7,000 gross weekly linehaul plus fuel, with home weekend availability on select lanes.

Owner Operator Responsibilities:
? Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in full compliance with DOT and FMCSA
regulations
? Plan efficient routes to minimize empty miles and maximize fuel savings
? Maintain consistent communication with UACL freight agents for load alerts and scheduling
? Use UACL's load management and documentation technology
? Deliver exceptional customer service at all pickup and delivery locations
? Represent UACL professionally with customers, agents, and operations staff

Minimum Requirements:
? Valid Class A CDL
? Own or lease a truck suitable for OTR or regional operation
? Flatbed experience required — Conestoga experience strongly preferred
? Meets all DOT and FMCSA qualifications
? Clean safety record
? Business-minded approach to managing an independent operation
