Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Seattle, WA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support their pharmacy operations on a contract basis. This role involves providing expert clinical knowledge to optimize medication use and improve patient outcomes.
