What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Proven experience in school-based OT practice
• Competence delivering OT services in home health and teletherapy settings
• Strong assessment abilities for individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to work across multiple therapy formats and environments
• Organizational proficiency in documenting services and progress

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting assessments to identify students’ therapy needs
• Developing and implementing targeted intervention plans
• Providing direct OT services in school, home, and virtual formats
• Consulting with teachers and parents to support educational goals
• Progress monitoring and adjustment of strategies to maximize student growth
• Maintaining thorough, timely records and documentation
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with the school team on student progress
