Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Proven experience in school-based OT practice
- Competence delivering OT services in home health and teletherapy settings
- Strong assessment abilities for individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to work across multiple therapy formats and environments
- Organizational proficiency in documenting services and progress
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting assessments to identify students’ therapy needs
- Developing and implementing targeted intervention plans
- Providing direct OT services in school, home, and virtual formats
- Consulting with teachers and parents to support educational goals
- Progress monitoring and adjustment of strategies to maximize student growth
- Maintaining thorough, timely records and documentation
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with the school team on student progress
