What You'll Be Doing

• Answer inbound Customer Service calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Make outbound calls to update customer account information as needed
• Provide customers with accurate account, product, shipping, and billing information
• Research customer accounts to identify potential issues and take prompt action to resolve them
• Work directly with internal and external customers to develop and maintain lasting business relationships
• Complete special assignments as directed by management
• Maintain detailed account notes
• Educate customers on products, procedures, and policies
• Request replacements, return labels, and refunds as needed
• Place orders for new and existing customers

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Compensation

• Starting at $18.50/hr plus monthly performance bonus program
