Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist from August 25th, 2026 through June 11th, 2027. This role is based onsite across two educational facilities, working with students in Pre-K through 4th grade. Desired qualifications and skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one prior to the start date
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between two sites during the workweek
- Comfortable working onsite full-time
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech-language screenings, evaluations, and assess students’ communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services for Pre-K to 4th grade students
- Maintain accurate service documentation and timely reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in ongoing progress monitoring
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student success
