Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), serving students onsite in a supportive educational environment. This flexible contract position accommodates both full-time and part-time preferences for the full 2026-2027 school year, working across all grade levels from PreK–12. Candidates will enjoy collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to enhance student communication and academic growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for a varied caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary student support meetings
