Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Shaped for professionals who excel in pediatric occupational therapy, this contract-to-hire position offers very part-time work—10 to 15 hours weekly—from August 3rd, 2026, to May 26th, 2027.

In this role, you’ll serve a dedicated caseload of five elementary school students, including one student requiring wheelchair accessibility. Flex your expertise in school-based therapy and home health, and make a lasting impact on young lives by supporting their growth, independence, and participation in daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia OT license
  • Previous experience working in school settings and/or with home health patients
  • Skilled in adapting interventions for wheelchair-bound students
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for creating inclusive, supportive environments for children

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate wheelchair accessibility and promote independence
  • Track progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed
  • Provide guidance and education to caregivers and teaching staff
