Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Meriden, Kansas

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A retail pharmacist position is available for ongoing per diem work, requiring availability one day a week plus every third Saturday in Meriden, KS. This role focuses on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in a retail outpatient setting with flexible scheduling.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (every third Saturday)

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying low volume prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Providing thorough patient counseling to ensure safe medication use
• Managing typical outpatient pharmacy duties such as inventory management and prescription processing

Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Pharmacist License
• Previous pharmacist experience in retail or outpatient environments
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
