Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K–3 elementary caseload for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time position with a mix of onsite and potential hybrid/WFH days depending on scheduling needs.

Compensation

• $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule & Setting

• Full-time position
• Elementary caseload (K–3rd grade)
• Hybrid/WFH days may be available depending on assignment
• School-based setting in California

Requirements

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and monitor IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
• Support communication development in early elementary learners
