Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Shipping Lead to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, efficient outbound workflow. This role is ideal for someone who is handson, organized, and confident leading shipping activities in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily shipping operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate workload, prioritize tasks, and support team members as needed
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform administrative tasks related to shipping
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) for order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment verification
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and leadership
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized work area
Required Qualifications
- Previous Shipping Lead experience
- Forklift experience (required)
- Administrative experience
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work overtime or stay over as needed
Schedule
1st shift with required flexibility to stay over as needed
Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour
