A busy retail pharmacy in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team in a high-volume retail setting with consistent weekday hours and long-term potential.

Position Highlights:
• Retail pharmacy environment averaging 200–300 inbound prescriptions daily
• Strong support staff including 5 pharmacy technicians and 2 pharmacists
• Monday–Friday schedule with no rotating shifts
• Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential

Responsibilities:
• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients regarding medications and proper usage
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and staff
• Maintain workflow in a fast-paced retail setting
• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service

Requirements:
• Active Ohio Pharmacist license required
• Recent retail pharmacy experience required
• Experience with Prime RX is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
