Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Background working with pediatric populations, ideally in K-12 school settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students, families, and staff
  • Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of speech and language disorders

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct onsite speech and language therapy for K-12 students
  • Administer evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into daily learning
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insight into student development
