Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Katy, TX 77494. This position offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and is a 3-month contract assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, material handling, inventory movement, and maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience, particularly those with reach forklift and order picker experience, who are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Accurately pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders.
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and transport inventory as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including reach forklifts and order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and storage practices.
• Follow established quality control procedures and safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating a Reach Forklift and Order Picker required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.

• Standard warehouse attire in accordance with company policy.
• Safety vest and steel-toe shoes are required.
