Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role supporting students and staff across multiple educational settings as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to make a real difference throughout the upcoming school year. With a schedule running Monday through Friday, you’ll provide expertise to 2–3 assigned schools, helping shape positive outcomes for learners and the teams who support them.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Delaware (required—please attach documentation with your application)
  • Proven experience delivering ABA services in educational settings
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, paraprofessionals, students, and families
  • Ability to conduct professional interviews and select suitable paraprofessional candidates for assigned sites
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and behavior intervention planning

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ongoing behavioral assessments and interventions for a diverse caseload across multiple school locations
  • Train, mentor, and support paraprofessionals working with students with behavioral needs
  • Design, monitor, and modify individualized ABA programs to promote student success
  • Conduct interviews to identify and onboard quality paraprofessional team members for your assigned sites
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and other school professionals to foster a positive and productive learning environment
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports for each site
