Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You'll be working primarily in-person across two areas and four schools, collaborating with school teams to serve a caseload of approximately 34 to 40 students. There may also be some flexibility for virtual service delivery if an SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) is available onsite to facilitate sessions.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Licensure as required by the state of Mississippi
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable working across multiple sites
- Strong organizational and time management skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse group of students, emphasizing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and update treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation in coordination with other staff
- Consult with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize therapy outcomes and student participation
- Engage in ongoing communication and case coordination for effective service delivery
