• Enter orders and update customer information accurately within the appropriate systems.
• Handle a steady flow of phone interactions while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Make outbound calls when needed to follow up on requests, clarify details, or provide updates.
• Document conversations, actions taken, and next steps to ensure complete service records.
• Resolve routine issues promptly and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate team.
• Support day-to-day call center operations by meeting service expectations and response timelines.
