Position: IT Infrastructure Administrator
Location: Quad Cities
Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 base + excellent benefits

What You’ll Do
• Support and optimize server, cloud, and network environments across multiple business units
• Configure and maintain:
○ Windows Server, M365, virtualization platforms
• Troubleshoot connectivity and security across:
○ Firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs
• Execute upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
• Handle escalations and deliver advanced (Tier 2/3) support
• Drive best practices in backup, recovery, and security posture
• Coordinate priorities across projects, tickets, and stakeholders
• Provide technical recommendations directly to business partners
• Maintain clean, accurate system documentation

What You Bring
• 4+ years in systems, infrastructure, or advanced IT support
• Experience across:
○ Windows environments, Active Directory, M365
○ Core networking (DNS/DHCP, routing, firewalls)
○ Cloud platforms and virtualization
• Ability to juggle multiple environments and deadlines effectively
• Strong grasp of security fundamentals and risk mitigation
• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
