Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ success as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting near Trenton, FL. As part of a multidisciplinary educational team, you’ll help children overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential.

In this contract role, you’ll use your clinical expertise to assess, plan, and implement targeted interventions that support both speech and language development for a diverse student population. Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and think creatively will ensure the best possible outcomes for students and their families.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
  • Monitor and accurately document student progress
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student success
  • Educate and involve families in the therapy and progress of their children

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience working with school-aged or pediatric populations preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
