Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking six skilled Speech-Language Pathologists—positions are available for SLPs with CCC, those completing their CFY, and SLPAs will be considered. Locations span the Southern Peninsula, Central Peninsula, and Eastern Peninsula areas. The district is renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and robust support for specialized staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field) required
- Valid state licensure as an SLP; SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY welcome
- SLPA candidates will be considered
- Previous school-based experience is valued but not required
- Commitment to full-time, on-site work for the full school year
- Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
- Dedicated to fostering student growth and progress in communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed progress notes and compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and support special education goals
- Provide consultation and in-service training as needed
