Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Illinois
• Proven experience in school-based OT, home health, and healthcare settings
• Background with teletherapy or willingness to adapt to virtual service delivery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with students and staff
• Ability to manage individual caseloads effectively and flexibly
• Comfortable gathering and documenting detailed information for assessments and IEPs
• Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, establish goals, and develop intervention plans for students
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in various learning environments
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver services remotely as needed
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation, including progress reports and compliance records
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student participation
• Gather detailed information as part of ongoing evaluation and program development
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP teams, and school-based consultations
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet each student’s evolving needs
