Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database for future reference.

• Utilize office software to manage communications and document customer interactions effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years previous experience in customer service or call center environment
