Our client, a growing construction company in Concord, is seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to support commercial and residential construction projects. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with daily job site activities
• Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and perform basic site preparation
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, laborers, and equipment operators
• Set up and remove temporary structures, barricades, and safety equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Perform general cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous construction, landscaping, concrete, roofing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven surfaces throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
