Job Title: Production & Assembly 

Location: Whitsett, NC (27377)

Shift: 1st Shift (6:30am to 3:30pm)- Pay $17.50/hr on W2

2nd Shift (3:30pm to 12:00am) - Pay $19.25/hr on W2

Job Role:

This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills. Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards

Responsibility:

• Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
• Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
• Log production data and report any defects or process deviations.
• Perform Hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects.
• Perform material movements through integrated systems.
• Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems.
