Position Details
• Role: Recruiter II (Contract)
• Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day
• Duration: 12-month contract
• Tentative Pay Range: Up to $45 per hour
Role Overview
In this role, you will drive high-volume recruiting efforts and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple business functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers while managing a high requisition load and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
• Source, engage, and qualify candidates across various roles
• Manage approximately 25 active requisitions at a time
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and priorities
• Maintain consistent talent pipelines for critical roles
• Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed recruiting KPIs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Technical Skills
• Boolean search techniques
• Experience sourcing across multiple platforms
• Passive candidate outreach strategies
Key Qualifications
• Track record of achieving recruiting metrics (target of 5 offers/month, 45-day time-to-fill)
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
