🏭 About the Role:

Express Employment Professionals of Akron is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for a full-time positions on ALL shifts in Rootstown, Kent, Barberton, Akron, Cuyahoga Falls and Stow, Ohio. These roles involve operating specialized machinery to manufacture products to precise shapes and quality standards. If you're mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit.

💰 Starting Pay: $16.00-19.00/hour 🕒 Schedule: ALL shifts available- 8-10 and 12 hour schedules available!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials into molding presses

• Operate machinery according to production schedules and work orders

• Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times to ensure product quality

• Visually inspect finished products for defects and report any issues

• Safely load and unload materials and finished goods using manual tools

• Perform other related duties as assigned

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 50 lbs

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Solid math and written communication skills

• Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Creative problem-solving mindset

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
